That's exactly what happened when I accidentally engaged with an AI-generated post offering zero value—no inspiration, no education, nothing soul-nourishing. Just empty digital calories. One curious click, and suddenly the algorithm decided I wanted more meaningless content.
This experience revealed a profound truth: what we engage with, we invite more of—both online and offline. Our minds operate remarkably like digital algorithms. The thoughts we entertain, conversations we participate in, and environments we frequent create our life's algorithm, determining what experiences, opportunities, and relationships come our way. When we consistently engage with negativity or fear, we train our life algorithm to deliver more situations, triggering these same emotions.
