In this episode, I introduce you to my "Triple A" approach: Accept, Acknowledge, and Assume responsibility on your journey to healing. 

As we answer the question "Where's My S.T.U.F.F.?", this framework is designed to help you navigate life's challenges with grace, courage, and a renewed sense of purpose. 

First, we'll talk about acceptance. When we resist and try to fight against what is, we create unnecessary stress and anxiety. But when we accept what is happening right now, we ground ourselves firmly in the present moment. 

Next, we'll explore acknowledgment. This stage is about observation without judgment. It's where we take a step back and look at our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations with clarity. 

Finally, we'll discuss assuming responsibility. This is where the power of choice comes in. Assuming responsibility means understanding that while we cannot control every event in our lives, we have the power to influence our responses and actions. 

Whether you're facing family trauma, seeking to reignite your passion, or simply looking to live with more resilience and purpose, this episode is for you.
